Whilst being mindful of the need to be ‘professional’ our staff are recruited for their sense of humanity, their common decency and their fascination with people.
We trust our staff to be wise decision-makers who use their common sense without having to refer back to managers.
The world is not a well-ordered place and people’s needs fluctuate. If we measure our performance by how well-ordered we are we measure the wrongs things. We should measure how well we meet a fluctuating need through our flexibility.
We believe that most things are possible and we look for ways of saying ‘Yes’!

For the last 15 years, I have worked with and supported various individuals to build and maintain their independence who have had learning difficulties, physical disabilities and the elderly.
In this time I started off as a support worker and worked up to a manager and gained my qualification in Level 5 Diploma in leadership and management for health and social care.
Being part of Care in Wales means that people are going to receive the quality of care they deserve and that as a company we can grow together in all regions.
