When three of our incredible staff — Caroline, Claudette and Ryan — sit down to reflect on their journeys, one thing becomes clear: care isn’t just a job. It is the moments that stay with you, the people who shape you, and the small acts of kindness that make every day worthwhile.
Caroline shares how her gran’s words inspired her to truly care, to make people feel safe, seen and valued. Claudette talks about how person‑centred care transformed her life, teaching her the power of empathy and being fully present. Ryan reflects on the connections that stay with you forever, from clients who become friends to the stories that make you laugh, think and sometimes cry.
Together, their stories show what care really is: humanity, compassion and the chance to make someone’s day a little brighter.
This is their story, in their own words.
Pan fydd tri o’n staff anhygoel, Caroline, Claudette a Ryan, yn eistedd i fyfyrio ar eu taith, mae un peth yn dod yn amlwg. Nid swydd yn unig yw gofal. Mae’n ymwneud â’r eiliadau sy’n aros gyda chi, y bobl sy’n eich siapio, a’r gweithredoedd caredig bach sy’n gwneud pob diwrnod yn werth chweil.
Mae Caroline yn rhannu sut ysbrydolodd geiriau ei nain hi i ofalu’n wirioneddol, i wneud i bobl deimlo’n ddiogel, yn weladwy ac yn werthfawr. Mae Claudette yn siarad am sut mae gofal canolbwyntiedig ar yr unigolyn wedi trawsnewid ei bywyd, gan ddysgu iddi werth urddas, empathi a bod yn gwbl bresennol. Mae Ryan yn myfyrio ar y cysylltiadau sy’n aros am byth, o gleientiaid sy’n troi’n ffrindiau i’r straeon sy’n gwneud ichi chwerthin, meddwl ac weithiau grio.
Gyda’i gilydd, mae eu storiau’n dangos beth yw gofal go iawn. Dynoliaeth, tosturi a’r cyfle i wneud diwrnod rhywun ychydig yn fwy goleuol.
Dyma eu stori, yn eu geiriau eu hunain.
